We would like to offer our sincere condolences to our club referee Bryan Power on the death of his mother Breda Power who passed away last week. Breda is also grandmother to some of our players including Ian, Clive, Wayne, Craig, Michael, Liam & Brian Power. Ar dheis de go raibh Siad.

Membership is now due for 2011 and can be left behind the bar or contact Paul Fanning on 086-1724807. Everyone is asked to make a special effort to pay as soon as possible. Membership rates are as follows: Hurling & Football – €50; Family – €50; Student €20.

29th January – Saturday night music is supplied by Just Us. All are welcome!

13th February – Pat O’Brien and Kenny Stafford are playing in the club at 5pm-7pm, after the National Hurling League game of Waterford v Dublin.

19th February –There is a fundraiser for the Keith O’Connor Fund in the club on the 19th February. Music provided by Brass & Co. supported by the geriatrics from 9pm-1am. Tickets are €10. It promises to be a great night with the proceeds going to a great cause.

17th March – St. Patricks Day music is Cassidy from 8pm-10pm.

Here are the training times for next Saturday, the 2nd coaching session after the Christmas break.

9 & 10 year olds (born in 2001 & 2002). – 11.00am to 12 noon. Coached by Damien Frisby, Roy McGrath Seamus Nolan, Shane O Grady and George O Grady.

5 & 6 year old (born in 2005 & 2006) – 12 noon to 1pm. Coached by Peter Walsh, Lindsay Grace, James Dunphy and Martin Walsh.

7 & 8 year olds (born in 2003 & 2004) – 1pm to 2pm. Coached by Nicky Mackey, John O Keeffe, Michael Frisby and Eric Curran.

Calling all Darts and Card Players!! Come along and join in the fun. Darts takes place every Thursday night with Cards on Friday nights, both starting around 10pm. Great prizes on offer!! Newcomers are always welcome.
