Mount Sion Gaa Club Notes

All-Ireland Minor Presentation Night

Well done to Austin Gleeson and Sean Power who picked up their medals following the historic All Ireland victory in September at a glittering reception in the Woodlands hotel on Saturday night , on hand to make the presentations was Uachtarain Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Liam O Neill who expressed his lifelong admiration for Waterford Hurling.

It was a busy week all round for Sean Power whose wife Denise gave birth to their daughter Holly on Friday, congratulations from all at Cnoc Sion !

Condolences

The Club wishes to extend our sympathies to Brian Sinnott on the death of his father Phillip during the week , Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Last Man Standing

It’s back ! Last Man Standing will resume on the weekend of January 11th. Same rules apply as last year. €10 entry for adults with €5 entry for Under 18s. Please leave your name and money behind the bar .

Darts & Cards

Darts and Cards for club members. Come along and join in the fun. Darts takes place every Thursday night with Cards on Friday nights, both starting around 10pm. Great prizes on offer!! All Club Members are welcome.
