Mount Sion GAA Club Notes

Fixtures

Following last week’s County final things are starting to wrap up on the field of play for another year,  in two weeks time the Under 21’s face Roanmore in the Quarter final and also the Under 15s will be playing in their Championship over the course of the following weeks and that will be the end of another hectic year for the club at all levels, times and dates for all remaining games will be posted as soon as they become known.

Strictly Gone Dancing

Put November 8th in your diary as that’s the date of Strictly Gone Dancing  where some well known twinkle toes in the club get their dancing shoes on and take to the stage to compete against St Saviours in a joint fundraiser in the Tower Hotel, this promises to be a brilliant night and details on tickets etc will be available soon !

Deise Draw

October’s draw takes place in the club on Halloween and hopefully there’ll be some treats for our members on the night! !Tickets are still available for the next draws from Josie Evans or from the bar. Please contact Josie Evans (087-0686700) to join and more importantly to make sure you are in with a chance to scoop the top prize of €10,000!!! . Tickets are €10 per month for nine months. You can either pay up front or per month by leaving the money behind the bar. 70% of the money raised will go directly back to Mount Sion. Best of luck to all our ticketholders!

Darts & Cards

Darts and Cards for club members. Come along and join in the fun. Darts takes place every Thursday night with Cards on Friday nights, both starting around 10pm. Great prizes on offer!! All Club Members are welcome.
