Seasons Greetings

We would like to wish all our members and supporters a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year, special thoughts to all those who are away from home and can’t make it back for the holidays, here’s looking forward to a happy and successful 2015 !

Christmas Raffle

The annual Christmas Raffle took place on Sunday and as usual it was a great success raising funds for the club and the primary school , well done to Claire Flynn who was the winner of the main prize of a holiday voucher,  full list of prize winners can be found on the page on the website.

Presentation Night

It was the turn of the Under 12 to 16s to get their awards on Monday night last the following received awards

Also Ben Flanagan, Jordan Hutchinson,  James Ogundare, Johnny Flynn, Conor Quinn, Evan McGrath, Eoin Browne, Louis Halligan, Alan Kirwan, Luke O Brien, and Charlie Costelloe received recognition for playing for Waterford at various age groups over the year, well done to all involved and thanks to everyone who helped out over the year .

Birthday Wishes

Happy Birthday to John Flynn who turned 29 on Saturday last, best wishes John from everyone in the club hope you had a great day !

Deise Draw

Monday night sees the final Deise Draw of the year take place in De La Salle Gracedieu, best wishes to all our ticket holders and hopefully we’ll have a winner or two just in time for Christmas!

New Years Eve Dinner Dance

A limited number of tickets are still available for the New Years Eve Dinner dance being held in the club so why not get together with friends and family for what promises to be a great way to ring in 2015 ,music is by No Hot Ashes and tickets priced at 30 euro are available from behind the bar.

Annual St. Stephen’s Day Quiz

The Annual Gents Quiz will take place on St Stephen’s Day at 4.00pm, this is a seasonal tradition in the club and will hopefully be well attended as usual.
