In a re-arranged game on Saturday last our minors travelled to St Mollerans and our young lads shone under the lights as they continued their winning run with a 2-10 to 1-07 victory against the home team, well done to the lads and their mentors for starting off so well in this group, next up is St Olivers in a few weeks time, also our Under 14’s played the same opposition earlier on in the day and overcame the opposition by a margin of 2 points in a 3-06 to 3-04 scoreline.

Ladies Football
Our ladies are currently training away and are always looking for new members, please note training times have now changed to Mondays and Thursdays from 5-30 to 7pm, any enquiries please contact Carrie O’Keeffe on 089-4583916.
New Band
We have a treat in store on April 1st where new duo Monkey Harris play their first gig in the club, there’s a good buzz going round about this band and for the day that’s in it you’d want to be a fool to miss them! Contact Tina for more information.
Deise Draw
Although the first draw for 2017’s Deise Draw isn’t until May people can start paying in now, there is a new format for 2017 with 6 draws in total, tickets cost €15 with the 1st prize increasing from €10,000 to €12,500 , there will also be increases on the other prizes, with the club getting 70% of the ticket price this is a major fundraiser and we would encourage as many members as possible to buy tickets, for any enquiries please contact Kenny Stafford.
Mount Sion Clubhouse
Our club house is the perfect venue for all your needs, only recently it made it into a list of the ten most unusual places in Ireland to have your wedding !
