Mount Sion GAA Club Notes

20k Drop

The countdown is on to our major fundraiser for 2018 the 20K Drop, our official launch night takes place in the club on this Wednesday 24th January, present on the night will be all our main sponsors and event organisers Pallas Marketing will be on hand to give a presentation on how the night will proceed on February 24th, we hope those as many members and friends on the night as possible! As the event gets nearer there will be updates on all the various social media platforms.

National League

With the National league game next Sunday on in Walsh Park and parking restrictions around the ground why not come to Mount Sion for free parking, soup, sandwiches tea or coffee for €5 and full bar facilities just a five minute walk to the ground with easy access both before and after the game.

Juvenile Training

Our U9 and U10 squads are back training next Saturday morning Jan 27th from 11-12 in Alley and All-Weather, looking forward to seeing everyone with new players especially welcome.

 

Camogie

Mount Sion Camogie coaching continues this week. 8-12 year olds 6-7 pm Mondays in the club hall downstairs in the club house, bring runners.
4-7 year olds 6-7pm Wednesdays in the Carickpherish sports hall cost €2.
Hope to see all the regulars there and new players are always welcome.

Mount Sion Clubhouse

Our club house is the perfect venue for all your needs. If you have a family event coming up we can cater for all size parties from small private events to large gatherings, we have a spacious function room with private bar available for hire for all occasions including Birthdays, Christenings, Weddings, Confirmations, Communions, etc, please contact our Bar Manager Michael Ryan for more information on 051-372648 or call up and see him

Coming up in 2018 we have a great new programme of entertainment taking place in the club with Tina and her committee working hard to bring a variety of acts to the club, more details to follow, check out our website for more info and photos.
