Minor Football
Our Minors were back in action on Tuesday last and once again came out on top scoring 4-04 to the hosts 2-04, the coaches are doing great work with these lads and they deserve our support, the next game is against St. Saviours away on Tuesday 17th April at 7pm.Condolences
It was with deep sadness that we learned during the week of the passing of Joan Kelly, to Joan’s husband Dando, sons Daniel, Eoin and Pat and her extended family and friends we express our deepest sympathy at this sad time, ar dheis De go raibh a hanam.
Engagement
Great excitement in Nicky’s bar recently when long time Sion and Waterford keeper Ian “Iggy” O’Regan got down on his knees in the crowded pub to propose to long term girlfriend Louise Ryan, what a gesture from the stylish Iggy and everyone in the club wishes the happy couple all the best for the future!Under 14 Feile
At the time of going to press after numerous re-arrangements the Under 14 Feile is pencilled in for Monday 16th April in Abbeyside, Mount Sion are down to play Abbeyside and St Carthages at 7pm and 7-45pm respectively, please keep an eye on social media for results and please note that these fixtures are subject to change.Junior Football
The first game of the season for the Junior Footballers takes place in the club on Satuday next April 21st at 6-45pm against butlerstown, best wishes to Paul and the lads for 2018.Entertainment
Tina and her team have been busy putting together a schedule of entertainment for the summer months starting with the May Bank holiday when we have a Family Fun Day followed by a summer night session with Reverb, more details of all these great events will be posted nearer the time.Fixtures

Camogie
The camogie club is now part of the Tesco community fund running in the Poleberry store, anyone in there can pop a few blue tokens in our jar to help raise some funds, training continues on Mondays for both groups 4-7’s and 8-14’s 6-7 pm please bring runners, new players are always welcome.Ladies Football
Our Ladies Football team are still looking for players for the upcoming season,please note training now takes place out on the pitch on Fridays 6-30 to 7-30 for all girls aged 13 and older and if there are any girls interested we’d be delighted to see you up there!Mount Sion Clubhouse
