Family Fun Day
This Sunday 6th May is Family Fun Day in Mount Sion, activities will kick off from 12pm and run to 4pm, we have some great events lined up for the young (and not so young!) with a BBQ from 1pm to 4pm and presentation of prizes after. There will be a kiddies disco from 6pm-7:30pm and then music in the bar from Reverb (Tucker Healy Band) from 8pm. It should be a great day and we would encourage all of you to come along and bring the family.Minor Football
The Minors had another excellent result in the Football Championship with a veritable goalfest in the club last week beating St. Olivers on a scoreline of 11-08 to 2-08, well done to all the lads on this great run.Junior Hurling
The Junior Hurling Championship in both A and B gets underway this week, both squads have been training hard lately and we wish them the best of luck for the upcoming campaign.Congratulations
The stork has been busy in the McGrath household lately with Eoin and partner Evelyn welcoming baby Jack into the world during the week, congratulations from everyone in Mount Sion !Camogie
Our Under 8 & 12s Camogie girls played Butlerstown in the club on Thursday last, great performance by both teams and a win from the u8s, proud coaches and fantastic effort put in by all the girls, well done to all our girls who made their Holy Communion last week, the blue token fundraiser in Tesco has now finished thanks to everyone who put the tokens in the box for us, training continues 6-7 in the club on Mondays for both groups.Fixtures

Ladies Football
Our Ladies Football team are still looking for players for the upcoming season, please note training now takes place out on the pitch on Fridays 6-30 to 7-30 for all girls aged 13 and older and if there are any girls interested we’d be delighted to see you up there!Mount Sion Clubhouse
