Deise Draw
It was a great week for Pat and Ger O’Carroll as they won the top prize of €12,500 in May’s Deise Draw, congratulations to you both and it’s great to see the club having such luck as well. Tickets as alwys are available through all the usual sources.
Ballyduff Tournament
Our Under 10’s took part in the Ballyduff tournament on Saturday last and having beaten Abbeyside in the semi final they progressed to the final where theytook on Sarsfields of Cork, a tight game saw the Leeside outfit come on top but our young team impressed with their attitude and performance and were a c redit to their families and coaches.
Junior B Hurling
The Junior B’s were in action on Thursday night last in the club against De La Salle and it took a last gasp goal for Sion to draw level and finish the game in a draw, next game is coming up in a few weeks.
