Book Launch
Wednesday November 2nd is a special day in the club with the launch of the Hero books autobiography of Martin Og Morrissey “Kings For One Day”, written in conjunction with local journalist Dermot Keyes this promises to be a great read arriving in time for the Christmas season, a lovely gift for anyone interested in Waterford and hurling history. Og and Dermot will be on hand with no doubt plenty of stories to tell about this special time, proceedings begin at 7-30pm with everyone invited, looking forward to seeing everyone there on the night.Halloween Party
We had a brilliant morning on Saturday for our Cùl Blues Academy and R.O.C.S groups with the Halloween Party, there were some great costumes on display from both the kids and the coaches,Well done to our best dancer/best dressed winners.
A big thank you to Wild Willow Cafe for sponsoring the prizes.
Our Cùl Blues Academy and Mount Sion Primary School ‘ABC FUN CLASS’ will now finish until early next year.
We will have a medal certificate presentation for The Cùl Blues Academy in early December.

Camogie
Training for Under 13, Under 14 and Under 15’s as usual this week. Huge thanks to our Under 8 and Under 10 girls on a fantastic year of hurling, unfortunately our last blitz was cancelled due to weather but hopefully we have many more to look forward to next year. Everyone has a well earned break now but remember to keep practising camogie.
Last Man Standing
We’re coming to the end of the Last Man Standing competition, hopefully we’ll have a winner before the World Cup break, for those players left don’t forget to get your team into Owen by Thursday at 7pm.
