Mount Sion GAA Club Notes
Under 15 Hurling
Our Under 15 hurlers will have to do it all over again after Monday nights game against Ballygunner had to be abandoned due to floodlight failure as both teams took to the field for the start of the second half, date and time of the re-fixtured game yet to be announced.
Junior B Football
Our Junior B footballers campaign ended on Friday night when they were beaten by St Saviours in Ballybeg on a scoreline of 1-05 to 3-04, tough luck to all the lads involved.Funding
The club received some very good news during the week when the Sports Capital Grants were announced, this will allow us to now proceed with our plans for the new pitch layout, huge thanks for all the hard work by everyone put in to secure this funding, details of the development can be seen on the Development page on the club website.

Tickets are available from all the usual sources for October’s draw, the club had two winners last month so hopefully we can keep up our winning streak!
