Munster Club
All roads lead west to Fitzgerald Stadium (Killarney) for the Junior Footballers next Saturday with Mount Sion facing down Kerry Champions Keel in the Munster Club Semi-Final. This is a massive game for the club with our lads previously playing in Munster Club action some years back, on that occasion being unsuccessful. Throw in at 2:30pm in Fitzgerald Stadium on Saturday. I would urge all our supporters to get behind the lads and travel down! Best of luck to Manager John Walsh, his selectors and all the team.Club Mass
The annual club mass for deceased members will take place in the Mount Sion Chapel, Barrack Street on Thursday 21st November at 7:45pm. All are welcome.Mount Sion CBS Gathering
Mount Sion CBS Secondary School on Barrack St. will open its doors on the evening of Tuesday, November 26th at 7pm and welcome back those who previously attended the school. Meeting in the Edmund Rice Chapel, Barrack Street, Waterford and following with a tour of the school and light refreshments. All past pupils welcome. Deise Draw
Next draw is this coming Friday, 29th November in Newtown/Ballydurn. Tickets will be available from Josie Evans or from the bar. Anyone who is paying monthly, can you please ensure that your monies are paid by Wednesday 27th November. Please contact Josie Evans (087-0686700) to join and more importantly to make sure you are in with a chance to scoop the top prize of €10,000!!! Each month there are many other cash and special prizes. Tickets are €10 per month for nine months. You can either pay up front or per month by leaving the money behind the bar. 70% of the money raised will go directly back to Mount Sion. Best of luck to all our ticketholders!
