Minor Hurling Championship

The Minors got their first win of the campaign on Wednesday night last in the club beating Passage in difficult conditions by four points, playing with the breeze in the first half Sion built a six point lead and in the second ground out the points to finally get that elusive first win, with the next game on Saturday against St. Carthage’s Kenny and his team will be hoping for the momentum to help bring back to back victories.Street Clean-up
The final Tom Murphy sponsored street clean-up for 2019 took place on Wednesday last and we had another great turn out from both our Hurling and Camogie clubs, thanks to everyone who helped out over the summer in this very worthwhile community initiative.Camogie
The 4-10 group are training Mondays 6-7pm in the Astro in Mount Sion, new members always welcome.Thanks for everyone who volunteered their time to help with the Tom Murphy street cleanup last week, it was a great success.

Legends Game
Saturday August 31st in the club sees a team of Waterford Legends take on the Wexford 96 team in aid of the Little Blue Heroes Charity, a great game is in store with a 5pm throw in, please see the poster for further details.Fixtures
