Danny Bowe Tournament
Our annual Danny Bowe memorial camogie tournament took place on Saturday 14th and was a huge success. Thank you to all the clubs that took part on the dayUnder 9: Mount Sion ,Lismore, Ballyduff Lower,Mooncoin
Under 13: Mount Sion,Butlerstown ,Cappoquin, Dungarvan
We were thrilled to come out as trophy winners in the Under 9 group and shield winners in the Under 13 group. Thank you to everyone who made this possible again this year especially the Bowe family. Well done to everyone for a fantastic day.

We are training as usual tomorrow 6-7 for both 4-10 group and 11-14 group.
Minor Hurling
The Minor Hurlers finished the group stages of the Championship on Sunday with an away defeat to Roanmore, the knock out stages are next and this young team will be hoping for an improvement if they are to progress any further.Under 13 Hurling
The Under 13’s qualified for the semi finals on Sunday mornig last as they saw off the challenge of Cois Bride in the club, results are going well for this group and they are progressing with each game they play.Under 15 Hurling
A very young Under 15 team bowed out of the Championship on Thursday last against Ballygunner, this young group put in some gallant performances and can hold their heads up high.
Junior Football
The Junior Footballers relinquished their crown on Friday night last in Fenor as Ballyduff Lower were the victors in the knockout stages of the championship, unfortunately the heroics of last year won’t be repeated and it’s back to the drawing board for 2019 when we hope to once again be competitive at football.Fixtures

Circuit Training
As part of our Health and Wellbeing initiative there will be a Circuit class starting in Mount Sion Hall from Tuesday 24th Sept for five weeks, time 7pm -8pm, class is open to all over 18’s , cost €5Mount Sion Clubhouse
Our club house is the perfect venue for all your needs. If you have a family event coming up we can cater for all size parties from small private events to large gatherings, we have a spacious function room with private bar available for hire for all occasions including Birthdays, Christenings, Weddings, Confirmations, Communions, etc, please contact our Bar Manager Michael Ryan for more information on 051-372648 or call up and see him.
