Munster Championship
It was another big Munster Championship day in the club on Sunday last, although the result didn’t go Waterford’s way hopefully they can turn it around next week in Ennis, thanks to everyone who helped make the day go smoothly, from caterers and the club staff to everyone who helped out with stewarding duties.Juvenile Club
A busy week for the Juvenile club, it was all systems go for our younger players as the Cup Blues Academy continued with great numbers attending, our Under 8 boys were in action on Saturday in the SETU complex in Carriganore taking part in a blitz playing matches against St Saviours, Cois Bríd, Portlaw, Ballyduff Lower, De la Salle and Sacred Heart. The Under 10’s travelled to Wexford to play in the Eamon Laffan tournament in Glynn Barntown GAA, playing matches against De la Salle, Dicksboro, Glynn Barntown and the Rower Inistioge a great time was had by the boys, thanks to all the clubs, but especially to Glynn Barntown for inviting us and for the hospitality shown, thanks also to all the parents for their support.Camogie
Well done to our Mount Sion girl Jamie Murtagh Stafford on her first captaincy for Waterford Camogie on saturday, Jamie has been a driving force with her team the past couple of years and will be also in our Under 14 Feile squad in 2 weeks in Celbridge, we are all so proud of her here in the club. Well done also to Mia Cleere who played in the Primary Game on Sunday 15th of May during half time of the senior game, Mia is a great camogie player for the club and will be representing the Mercy school also.Huge well done to our Under12 girls who got their league campaign off to a winning start against Mollerans in the club on Tuesday last.Our Fundraising bingo night for the Feile is on this Thursday night, please see the poster on the facebook page.Camogie training days/time,
Under 4-6’s – Saturday mornings with the Cúl blues academy.
Under 7-8s’ & 9-10’s – Mondays from 6-7pm in the alley and all weather.
Under 12’s – Mondays from 7:15 to 8.15pm in the alley and the all weather.
Under 13’s – Wednesdays from 7-8.30pm in the alley and the all weather.
Under 15’s – Tuesdays from 6-7pm in the alley and the all weather.
Please bring hurleys and helmets.

Best of luck to our Under 15’s as they take part in the Feile qualifying in De La Salle Gracedieu on Monday next May 6th, three games up for decision on the night –6.45 v Roanmore

Juvenile Training
Juvenile training has returned on Saturday mornings, Fun Hurling Coaching for our under 7’s and 8’s boys group is at 11am (those born in 2015 and 2014), followed by our under 9’s and 10’s at 12pm (those born in 2013 and 2012).
