Mount Sion GAA Club Notes

Paddy Sheridan

It was with great sadness we heard of the passing of Paddy Sheridan on Saturday last, one of natures’ gentlemen and a Mount Sion stalwart for many years, his involvement with coaching our younger players was immense and many will remember Paddy with fondness over those years, it was a fitting tribute to see Paddy up at the tournament named after him in the club and he will be sadly missed in the club, our deepest sympathies to his family at this sad time, ar Dheis De go raibh a anam.

Camogie

Our Camogie Facebook page has now merged with the club page which is where all camogie related material will be published from now on, training this week at the usual times.

Deise Draw

Tickets for the 2023 Deise Draw are now available, the draw starts in May and and tickets are available from all the usual sources.

 

Last Man Standing

Last Man Standing returned this week with over seventeen more players dropping out, check the page on the website to see who’s left , make sure to have your team into Savo by 7pm on Friday.
