Mount Sion GAA Club Notes
Senior Hurling
Cnoc Sion 1-21
Passage 1-17
The Seniors got the 2024 Championship off to a winning start in Walsh Park on Saturday evening as they saw off Passage to get the perfect start to the campaign, Sion made all the early running and were well worth their lead on half-time with Austin Gleeson on frees and points coming from a number of different players, the second half continued in the same vein and helped by an impressive senior debut from Adam Regan Sion looked to have the game in the bag when Passage sprang into life in the final minutes making it a nervy finish as Sion closed out the game by a four point margin, well done to all involved , next game is in the same venue on Sunday against De La Salle.Family Fun Day
