All Ireland Semi Final
The journey is over for the Waterford Seniors as they bowed out to Kilkenny in the semi final stage in Croke Park on Sunday , despite a spirited display the Deise were outgunned on the second half by the All Ireland Champions, tough luck to all involved and no doubt the Deise will learn from this year and come back stronger and better for 2016.
Minor Hurling
The Minors made the long journey to Colligan on Wednesday last hoping for their first win of the campaign, in atrocious conditions not suited to hurling they lost to St Patrick’s by four points to deny them that elusive first victory , the games are coming thick and fast with local rivals Roanmore the next opponents in the club on Tuesday night at 7.
Under 12’s
The Under 12’s took the trip to Tipp on Tursday last to take part in a tournament organised by the Munster GAA in the home of hurling Semple Stadium, the boys excelled themselves on the hallowed turf winning all four of their games against Cork and Tipp opponents, following their games the team and mentors wee given a tour of the famous old stadium which they all thoroughly enjoyed ,
