Treacy’s Hotel

Senior League

Fixtures for the 2016 Senior League/Sargent Cup were released this week, Sion are in the group with Passage, Tallow, Ballygunner and Fourmilewater with the first game against Passage on the last weekend of March, for full fixtures please see the Events calendar on the website and also our Clubify App.

Condolences

Sincere condolences from Mount Sion GAA Club to the family of Noel Flynn who passed away during the week, ar Dheis De go raibh a anam.

Membership

Tesco Tokens

This is the final week of the promotion in Tesco Ardkeen and thanks to everyone who put their tokens in the box. This was a great fundraiser for the Juvenile club and we’re grateful to everyone who supported us and to Roisin for once again nominating us.

Last Man Standing

Last Man Standing returned this week and it won’t be long before we have a winner at the rate we’re losing people. Best of luck to all our players and don’t forget to check the page on the website to see who’s left !.Last Man standing

Mount Sion Clubhouse

Our club house is the perfect venue for your needs, if you have a family event coming up we can cater for all size parties from small private events to large gatherings, we have a spacious function room with private bar available for hire for all occasions including Birthdays, Christenings, Weddings, Confirmations, Communions, etc, please contact our Bar Manager Michael Ryan for more information on 051-372648 or call up and see him

For a post match drink or chat or to watch the latest sporting event on the big screen we have all the Sports channels available in our spacious bar where on Thursday nights it’s Darts night with our new league starting up soon and on Fridays we have cards which are open to all and there are great prizes on offer, check out our website for more info and photos.
