Happy Christmas
A very Happy Christmas to all our members and friends from Mount Sion GAA Club, we urge everyone to stay safe over the festive period and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2021 when hopefully things will be back to some kind of normality !Christmas Day Swim
In what has now become an annual tradition the Billy Galgey Christmas Day swim takes place on the 25th at 11-15am at Tramore Slip, one of our own Mount Sion legends the great John Flynn will be taking part this year, this year’s charity is the Waterford and South Kilkenny branch of Down Syndrome Ireland, a great cause close to many people’s hearts in Waterford, please sponsor any of the lads doing it and sponsorship cards are available from Paul or Ian Galgey. The final Deise Draw of 2020 took place the other night and we finished off with a winner! Well done to Kevin “Skin” Ryan who won €1000, as a small token of gratitude on St Stephens day we will hold an in-house raffle for all people who purchased a Deise Draw ticket from the club this year. The prizes are listed below.Once again, we’d like to thank everyone for their support with what continues to be by far our biggest fundraiser each year and we’d like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas.

Last Man Standing
Last Man Standing finally came to conclusion this week with Dave “Fly” Power and Cian O’Grady sharing the spoils after both their teams drew, well done to the two lads and to everyone who supported us with this fundraiser, we hope to have a new competition up and running early in the new year.Camogie

We would ask as many members as possible to join the Development Donation scheme, at this current time our only revenue is the scheme and membership. Anyone wishing to pay membership or join the Donation Scheme please contact any committee member.
