Minor Hurling

Our Minor Hurlers opened up their Championship campaign on Wednesday last with a very good win against Clan Na Gael in Fenor, a great attitude and work-rate bore fruition on the night with an excellent team performance, the lads are at home on Wednesday against Passage, throw in at 7-30pm, looking forward to seeing a good crowd up there, thanks also to the O’Regan family and Fairway Coaches for their continued sponsorship of the Minors.

Trainer of the Week

A popular feature on our social media pages is our Underage Trainer of the week posts, they’re very popular with a large audience and we would like to thank Shane Marshall carpentry for his kind sponsorship of our Under 9 Trainer of the week posts, if anyone would like to sponsor any of our under age trainers please contact Michael Power.

Family Fun Day

The annual Family Fun Day takes place in the club on Saturday July 15th, this was a massive success last year and  hopefully this year will be bigger and better, looking forward to seeing everyone up there!

Summer Camp

Mount Sion Hurling and Camogie camp takes place from August 16th to 18th, for boys and girls born in 2011-2017, €30, please contact Michael Power to book a place.

Camogie

Below are the camogie training days/time.

Under 4-6’s, – Saturday mornings with the Cúl blues academy.
Under 7-8’s & 9-10s – Mondays from 6-7pm in the alley and all weather.
Under 10’s – Fridays 6-7 in the astro
Under 12’s – Mondays from 7:15 to 8.15pm in the alley and the all weather.
Under 13’s – Wednesdays from 7-8.30pm in the alley and the all weather.

Under 15’s – Tuesdays from 6-7pm in the alley and the all weather.
Please bring hurleys and helmets.
