Mount Sion GAA Club Notes

Senior Hurling

The draw was made on Saturday last for the Senior Hurling Quarter final with Mount Sion being paired with Ferrybank providing the opposition next weekend, details of venue and time to follow during the week.

Camogie

A massive congratulations to Bella, Lilly-Ellen and Holly from the Waterford Under 14 stripes team and LilyMay, Sophie, Lexi and Áine from the Waterford Under 14 white team who won their All Ireland Cup finals on Saturday last in the All Ireland blitz in Dublin beating Offaly and Roscommon respectively, well done girls the whole club is very proud of you!

Heatwave Festival

Just under a month to the Heatwave festival which takes place in the club grounds on September 7th, promises to be an amazing day, check out the poster for all the details.

Minor Camogie V Cappoquin in Cappoquin at 7pm

Minor Hurling V Ballygunner in Mount Sion at 6-15pm

Thursday

Under 12 Camogie Gold team v Dungarvan in Dungarvan at 6-30pm

Under 12 Camogie Diamond team V De La Salle in Mount Sion at 6-30pm.

 

Mount Sion Summer Camp

 Our annual Summer Camp starts this Wednesday 14th August for 3 days, time 10-2, cost €30, age from 7-12 years, contact Michael Power for details.

Cul Blues

Our Cul Blues continues on Saturday mornings in the club at 10am-11am in Mount Sion GAA.

New players are always welcome, playground and Wild Willow cafe on site.
